I servied this with 2 more dips as a starter for a ladies' night I had at home. I served them with a plateful of crisp crudities and crackers. All my guests asked me for the recipe.

One of the most popular dips I've ever made, and the easiest. Beautiful with thin breadsticks or carrot sticks.

This looked too simple to be good, but everyone loved it. I just added the chilli sauce to the cream cheese and mixed it together with the spring onion and chives to make a creamy pink dip. Delicious. Make sure you add enough chilli sauce to add a bit of zing. I also did more than it says as it didn't look enough.

This is a good one but actually better with chopped fresh coriander instead of chives.

How delicious and easy is this?! Not sure it'll last until my guests arrive as I've just taste tested it and it could be tricky to stop!!
