Top Tip

At home, I regularly make crème patisserie along with loads of other custards. I like to use cornflour (although some people use plain flour) in my custards, usually at a ratio of 2 teaspoons of cornflour, to 1 egg yolk, to 90ml milk, to 20g caster sugar.
