Ingredients

  • 100ml of reduced fat Greek yogurt
  • 40g of rolled oats
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 80ml of semi skimmed milk
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 40g of mango

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt and honey in a jar or mug.
  • STEP 2
    Put the banana and mango on top of the mixture
  • STEP 3
    Leave overnight in a fridge and enjoy!
