Quick and easy breakfast meal prep with mango and banana
- 100ml of reduced fat Greek yogurt
- 40g of rolled oats
- 1 tsp of honey
- 80ml of semi skimmed milk
- 1/2 a banana
- 40g of mango
- STEP 1Mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt and honey in a jar or mug.
- STEP 2Put the banana and mango on top of the mixture
- STEP 3Leave overnight in a fridge and enjoy!
