
Tiramisu-style overnight oats with raspberries
Try this filling breakfast recipe based on the favourite Italian dessert – the perfect match for your morning coffee. Easy to prep ahead, you can store these in the fridge for up to four days
- 160g porridge oats
- 200ml milk of your choice
- 40g ground almonds
- 10g chia seeds
- 4 shots espresso
- 320g low-fat yogurt
- 320g raspberries
- 2 tbsp honey(optional)
- 25g cocoa powder

Method
step 1
Mix the oats, milk, almonds, chia seeds and espresso together in a large bowl and divide between four small ramekins or bowls.
step 2
Mix the yogurt with raspberries and the honey (if using) in a separate bowl and spoon a layer over the oats.
step 3
Sprinkle with cacao powder and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Will keep chilled for up to four days.
