Method

  • step 1

    Mix the oats, milk, almonds, chia seeds and espresso together in a large bowl and divide between four small ramekins or bowls.

  • step 2

    Mix the yogurt with raspberries and the honey (if using) in a separate bowl and spoon a layer over the oats.

  • step 3

    Sprinkle with cacao powder and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Will keep chilled for up to four days.

This was delicious. I used Greek yogurt (I don’t believe in low fat!), added blueberries with the raspberries, and had toasted hazelnuts on top for added texture. Will make again
