Method

  • step 1

    Put the matcha and sweetener into a mug, pour in 1 tbsp of just boiled water and stir to a thick paste.

  • step 2

    Heat the milk until steaming, then if you can, froth until foamy with a whisk or milk frother. Pour into the matcha for your very own, café style latte.

Really good, but could be improved. My matcha powder probably wasn't as strong so I needed to add more than a tsp.

This recipe is so easy to make and delicious! I wanted to try out matcha and this was a really yummy way to do it! I switched honey to golden syrup which made it sweet which went well with the matcha. I also frothed up the milk for a long time so it had a really fluffy top. Will try again soon!
