Banana split lollies

Ingredients
- 500g natural or dairy-free yogurt
- 2 large, ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
- 60g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 50g dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 50g chocolate crisped rice cereal or honey-flavoured cornflakes
Method
- STEP 1
Blitz the yogurt, bananas, honey and vanilla together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Divide the mixture between lolly moulds, then freeze overnight until solid.
- STEP 2
The next day, line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring until completely smooth. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 10 mins. Arrange the lollies in a single layer on the baking sheet, then drizzle over the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the cereal. Return to the freezer for 5 mins until the chocolate has set, then serve. Will keep frozen for up to a month.
