- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- lime juice
- corn flour
- egg

Method
- STEP 1sliced and score the calamari
- STEP 2marinade with pinches of salt and 1 pinches pepper
- STEP 3add 1 egg white into the calamari and 4tbsp of corn flour .Mixed well until consistency
- STEP 4Bring the oil hot about 180 degree then add all calamari into the wok until golden brown
- STEP 5add 1tsp butter and 1 tsp garlic and spring onion into the pan .Pour all the calamari into the pan .Stir - well .Serve with salt and pepper sauce
- STEP 6Making Sauce :
- STEP 71tbsp salt + 1tbsp sugar +1tsp pepper and 1tbsp lime juice .Mixed well together
