Method
step 1
sliced and score the calamaristep 2
marinade with pinches of salt and 1 pinches pepperstep 3
add 1 egg white into the calamari and 4tbsp of corn flour .Mixed well until consistencystep 4
Bring the oil hot about 180 degree then add all calamari into the wok until golden brownstep 5
add 1tsp butter and 1 tsp garlic and spring onion into the pan .Pour all the calamari into the pan .Stir - well .Serve with salt and pepper saucestep 6
Making Sauce :step 7
1tbsp salt + 1tbsp sugar +1tsp pepper and 1tbsp lime juice .Mixed well together
