There is no onion powder or salt in this recipe. Tasteless without that. I also added basil, a little sugar and some cornflour to thicken the paste and some lime juice when cooking. I would only use this recipe as a guide as its just not got it without adding other ingredients.

The ratios of the ingredients is good, but it’s missing ground black pepper, salt and corn flour to thicken up the juices.
