Chickpea fajitas

- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp ground coriander
- 1 heaped tbsp dried oregano

Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Tip into a small jar or container and store in a dark, cool place. Use as you wish, adding 1 tsp at a time to a dish according to taste.

There is no onion powder or salt in this recipe. Tasteless without that. I also added basil, a little sugar and some cornflour to thicken the paste and some lime juice when cooking. I would only use this recipe as a guide as its just not got it without adding other ingredients.

The ratios of the ingredients is good, but it’s missing ground black pepper, salt and corn flour to thicken up the juices.
