Tuna steaks with chunky avocado salsa
This tuna and avocado recipe makes a super healthy meal in 20 minutes

- Heat a griddle pan (chargrill) to high. Sear the tuna for 2 minutes on each side. Toss together the tomato, avocado, red onion and chilli with the lime juice and 1 tbsp olive oil, then fold through the rocket. Serve with the tuna and lime wedges.
