- 150g Coconut Milk
- 250g Milk
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 5g Agar
Method
step 1
Soften the agar with water for 15 minutesstep 2
Drain the agarstep 3
Heat the Coconut Milk, Milk and Caster Sugarstep 4
Then add the agar, heat gently (Don't let it boil as it might stick to the pan)step 5
Heat until completely meltedstep 6
Set it in either one large container or many small ones
