Ingredients

  • 150g Coconut Milk
  • 250g Milk
  • 50g Caster Sugar
  • 5g Agar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Soften the agar with water for 15 minutes
  • STEP 2
    Drain the agar
  • STEP 3
    Heat the Coconut Milk, Milk and Caster Sugar
  • STEP 4
    Then add the agar, heat gently (Don't let it boil as it might stick to the pan)
  • STEP 5
    Heat until completely melted
  • STEP 6
    Set it in either one large container or many small ones
