Ingredients
- 150g Coconut Milk
- 250g Milk
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 5g Agar
Method
- STEP 1Soften the agar with water for 15 minutes
- STEP 2Drain the agar
- STEP 3Heat the Coconut Milk, Milk and Caster Sugar
- STEP 4Then add the agar, heat gently (Don't let it boil as it might stick to the pan)
- STEP 5Heat until completely melted
- STEP 6Set it in either one large container or many small ones
