• 500g Strong white flour
  • 1 tsp active dried yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 300ml Water
  • 1 tblsp oil


  • STEP 1
    Add all dry ingredients to the bowl
  • STEP 2
    Mix 200ml cold water with 100ml boiling water and 1 tbsp oil. Add water slowly while mixing with the dough hook. Alternatively mix with cold water and leave in the fridge overnight
  • STEP 3
    When dough forms, continue to mix for 5 - 10 mins
  • STEP 4
    Leave in the bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 mins
  • STEP 5
    When doubled in size, knock back and divide into 6 * 130g or 5 * 150g balls Cover and allow to rise again for 10 mins before rolling in to 2 mm thick bases
