Ingredients
- 500g Strong white flour
- 1 tsp active dried yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 300ml Water
- 1 tblsp oil
Method
- STEP 1Add all dry ingredients to the bowl
- STEP 2Mix 200ml cold water with 100ml boiling water and 1 tbsp oil. Add water slowly while mixing with the dough hook. Alternatively mix with cold water and leave in the fridge overnight
- STEP 3When dough forms, continue to mix for 5 - 10 mins
- STEP 4Leave in the bowl, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 mins
- STEP 5When doubled in size, knock back and divide into 6 * 130g or 5 * 150g balls Cover and allow to rise again for 10 mins before rolling in to 2 mm thick bases
