A really nice, fruity and beany chilli made with simple canned ingredients

- 1 bag of quorn mince
- 1 tin of baked beans
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 veg stock
- 1 tin of red kidney beans (Drained)
- 1 tin of butter beans (drained)
- 1 spoon of IKEA Lingonberry jam
- 1 Onion (Shopped)
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- Tortilla wraps/rice to serve
Method
step 1
Slice the onion and crush as much garlic as wantedstep 2
Place the onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, mince, baked beans, kidney beans, butter beans and stock in a slow cooker (Or large pot but fry the garlic and onion first)step 3
Cook on high for upto 8 hours (or until cooked on hob)step 4
Add a few teaspoons of IKEA jam to the potstep 5
Serve on rice or in wraps with loads of cheese!
