A really nice, fruity and beany chilli made with simple canned ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of quorn mince
  • 1 tin of baked beans
  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 veg stock
  • 1 tin of red kidney beans (Drained)
  • 1 tin of butter beans (drained)
  • 1 spoon of IKEA Lingonberry jam
  • 1 Onion (Shopped)
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic
  • Tortilla wraps/rice to serve

Method

  1. Slice the onion and crush as much garlic as wanted

  2. Place the onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, mince, baked beans, kidney beans, butter beans and stock in a slow cooker (Or large pot but fry the garlic and onion first)

  3. Cook on high for upto 8 hours (or until cooked on hob)

  4. Add a few teaspoons of IKEA jam to the pot

  5. Serve on rice or in wraps with loads of cheese!
