Ingredients
- 1 bag of quorn mince
- 1 tin of baked beans
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 veg stock
- 1 tin of red kidney beans (Drained)
- 1 tin of butter beans (drained)
- 1 spoon of IKEA Lingonberry jam
- 1 Onion (Shopped)
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- Tortilla wraps/rice to serve
Method
- STEP 1Slice the onion and crush as much garlic as wanted
- STEP 2Place the onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, mince, baked beans, kidney beans, butter beans and stock in a slow cooker (Or large pot but fry the garlic and onion first)
- STEP 3Cook on high for upto 8 hours (or until cooked on hob)
- STEP 4Add a few teaspoons of IKEA jam to the pot
- STEP 5Serve on rice or in wraps with loads of cheese!
