- STEP 1
Fry the beansprouts for two - three minutes or until soft. Take out of the pan and wrap in kitchen roll to soak up any excess oil.

Fill the pan with water and let it come to the boil. Once boiling add the noodles and leave to simmer for five minutes.

Add the beansprouts, miso paste, vegetable stock and a splash of soy sauce. Leave to simmer for a further 3 minutes.
