Miso Soup

Ingredients
- Handfull of Beansprouts
- 85g Udon Noodles
- 2 tsps of Miso Paste
- 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
- Soy Sauce
Method
- STEP 1Fry the beansprouts for two - three minutes or until soft. Take out of the pan and wrap in kitchen roll to soak up any excess oil.
- STEP 2Fill the pan with water and let it come to the boil. Once boiling add the noodles and leave to simmer for five minutes.
- STEP 3Add the beansprouts, miso paste, vegetable stock and a splash of soy sauce. Leave to simmer for a further 3 minutes.
- STEP 4Enjoy
