Ingredients

Omelette

  • 1 egg
  • around 2tsp sugar
  • drop of oil or i use oil spray

Toppings

  • Sugar or jam or anything you want!

Method

  1. Break the egg into a mug and tip in the sugar. Beat together with a fork until it’s all nearly the same colour

  2. Heat up a pan on medium heat with a little oil. Once the oil has been heating up for around a minute lift up the pan, pour in the egg mixture and turn the pan to spread it around the bottom. Put it back on the heat

  3. Fry for a few minutes, until the bottoms a golden brown and the top isn’t battery. Flip, but if it doesn’t come off easy use a wooden spatula to pry it up. Fry for another minute or so.

  4. Top them with whatever you want! i love sweet stuff so I sprinkle on extra sugar :)
