- STEP 1
Break the egg into a mug and tip in the sugar. Beat together with a fork until it’s all nearly the same colour
- STEP 2
Heat up a pan on medium heat with a little oil. Once the oil has been heating up for around a minute lift up the pan, pour in the egg mixture and turn the pan to spread it around the bottom. Put it back on the heat
- STEP 3
Fry for a few minutes, until the bottoms a golden brown and the top isn’t battery. Flip, but if it doesn’t come off easy use a wooden spatula to pry it up. Fry for another minute or so.
- STEP 4
Top them with whatever you want! i love sweet stuff so I sprinkle on extra sugar :)
