Ingredients
- 250g strong flour
- 7g (1 Sachet of Yeast)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 175ml warm water
- 15ml oil

- 3×15ml spoon passatta
- Sauce/tomato puree
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 green papper
- 25g sweetcorn
- 50g cheese,e.g Mozzarella
- 1×5ml spoon dried herbs
Method
- STEP 11. preheat oven to Gas mark 6 /200°c / 190°c fan
- STEP 2Weigh and sift the flour into a bowl
- STEP 3Stir in the Yeast,salt, sugar and oil
- STEP 4Make a well in the center of the flour and add warm water
- STEP 5Work into a soft dough with your hand
- STEP 6Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 -10 min
- STEP 7Roll out the dough on a floured surface to from a large circle
- STEP 8Transfer the dough to the baking tray
- STEP 9Spread the passatta sauce over the dough with the back of a spoon
- STEP 10prepare the Vegetables: slice the mushroom and slice the tomato
- STEP 11Remove the core from the green pepper and slice into thin strips
- STEP 12Arrange the mushroom, tomato , green papper and sweetcorn over the base.
- STEP 13Arrange the mushroom, tomato , green papper and sweetcorn over the base.
- STEP 14Grate or slice the cheese
- STEP 15sprinkle or place the cheese and herbs over the top of the pizza.
- STEP 16place the pizza in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown
