- STEP 1
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl mix all of the wet ingredients together.
- STEP 3
Slowly beat the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you form a smooth batter (although don’t worry if there are some lumps).

Spoon about half a ladle of the mixture into a lightly oiled frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear on the top of the mixture and then cook for about a minute on the other side.
