Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 135g Plain Flour
- 90g Caster Sugar
- 2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 135g Plain Flour
- 90g Caster Sugar
- 2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 250ml Milk Substitute (we like almond)
- 1 beaten egg
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
- 2tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
- STEP 1Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- STEP 2In a separate bowl mix all of the wet ingredients together.
- STEP 3Slowly beat the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until you form a smooth batter (although don’t worry if there are some lumps).
- STEP 4Spoon about half a ladle of the mixture into a lightly oiled frying pan. Flip when bubbles appear on the top of the mixture and then cook for about a minute on the other side.
