Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 360g Chopped Chocolate
- 110g Softened Butter
- 130g Peanut Butter
- 220g Dark Soft Brown Sugar
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 310g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method

Preheat oven to 190Cstep 2
Chop up the chocolate into small chunks so that they'll melt into the micture when bakingstep 3
Beat together the butter, peanut butter, soft brown sugar and caster sugar until smoothstep 4
Whisk the eggs in a mug with a fork, then add to the mixture and beat instep 5
Stir in the golden syrup, water and vanilla essencestep 6
Stir in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt, then the chocolate chunksstep 7
Line a tray with greaseproof paper and put spoonfuls of mixture on it with plenty of room between for them to spread outstep 8
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes and remove while still gooeystep 9
Leave on the tray to cool for 5 minutes before removing
