Ingredients
- 360g Chopped Chocolate
- 110g Softened Butter
- 130g Peanut Butter
- 220g Dark Soft Brown Sugar
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 310g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 190C
- STEP 2Chop up the chocolate into small chunks so that they'll melt into the micture when baking
- STEP 3Beat together the butter, peanut butter, soft brown sugar and caster sugar until smooth
- STEP 4Whisk the eggs in a mug with a fork, then add to the mixture and beat in
- STEP 5Stir in the golden syrup, water and vanilla essence
- STEP 6Stir in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt, then the chocolate chunks
- STEP 7Line a tray with greaseproof paper and put spoonfuls of mixture on it with plenty of room between for them to spread out
- STEP 8Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes and remove while still gooey
- STEP 9Leave on the tray to cool for 5 minutes before removing
