Ingredients
- 1. Sugar- 4 cups
- 2. Egg- 4 nos
- 3. Cardamom- a pinch
- 4. All purpose flour- 8 cups
- 5. Ghee - 1 cup (or butter 4 sticks
- 6. Oil to fry (preferably coconut)
Method
- STEP 1• Mix the sugar,egg,and cardamom power with a whisk • Until the sugar completely melts
- STEP 2• Add the flour and mix it to dough form • The mix with ghee and mix again, shape it to balls
- STEP 3• Fry in oil till golden • Store in a cool and dark place preferably not in a plastic container.
