Try chips and dip with a difference. Blend feta with soured cream and sprinkle over chillies, jalapeños, sweetcorn and coriander

- 2 x 200g packs feta cheesecrumbled
- 200ml soured cream
- 3 tbsp sliced jalapeno chilli
- 1 red chilli(deseeded if you don't like it too hot), finely chopped
- ½ x 198g can sweetcorndrained
- small handful corianderleaves
- tortilla chips(or gluten-free alternative), to serve

Method
step 1
Whizz together the feta and soured cream in a food processor, then spread over a large plate or platter and scatter with the chillies, sweetcorn and coriander. Serve with a bowl of tortilla chips.
