    Whizz together the feta and soured cream in a food processor, then spread over a large plate or platter and scatter with the chillies, sweetcorn and coriander. Serve with a bowl of tortilla chips.

Can you keep this in a fridge for a few days?

Hi, thanks for your question. The feta soured cream mixture will keep covered in the fridge for 3 days. For the tinned sweetcorn please check the label as some brands say to eat within 2 days of opening. We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

Lovely Dip and so easy to make

TIPS: I just whizzed the chilli in with the Sour Cream and Feta, came out fine. I dry fried the sweetcorn in a frying pan to give a little different taste.
