A great success, I took note of other comments about the lime zest and decided not to use just added bit more chili flakes and salt ,incredibly easy to make

Made these today and they were lovely! Very moreish. I used wholewheat pitta bread, chilli flakes, lime zest and a little sea salt at the end. Very, very good and easy to do. Will be something I make often.

How long do these last after cooking? Would it be ok to prepare a day or two in advance? x
