Method
step 1
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the olives and feta in a small roasting tin with the olive oil, garlic, fennel seeds and chilli flakes. Bake for 12 mins and serve warm with cocktail sticks and bread, if you like.

Another tasty tip...as a stunning canapés toast a slice of bread & cut circles, layer with a slice of tomato, spinach leaf, a cooked olive & some of the feta. Finally drizzle the cooked sauce. Beautiful looking canapé & devoured in seconds!

This is so tasty & easy! Delicious over a plate of spinach leaves covered with sliced tomatoes & then pour on the baked olives & feta.
