rice and spinach stew

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 a tin of chopped plum tomatoes
- 2 tsp of chilli powder
- 2 tsp of powdered ginger
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of spinach
- 4 tbsp of oil
- equipment
- pot, wooden spoon, knife, chopping board, measuring spoon
Method
- STEP 1chop oniopns into small equal pieces
- STEP 2put onions and oil in a pan to brown
- STEP 3add tomatoes and leave to cook for 10 minutes
- STEP 4add chilli, ginger and garlic powder
- STEP 5add beaten egg and leave for a minute then stir for 5 mins
- STEP 6finally add spinach and leave for another five minutes
