- 2 cups of rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 a tin of chopped plum tomatoes
- 2 tsp of chilli powder
- 2 tsp of powdered ginger
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of spinach
- 4 tbsp of oil

- pot, wooden spoon, knife, chopping board, measuring spoon
Method
step 1
chop oniopns into small equal piecesstep 2
put onions and oil in a pan to brownstep 3
add tomatoes and leave to cook for 10 minutesstep 4
add chilli, ginger and garlic powderstep 5
add beaten egg and leave for a minute then stir for 5 minsstep 6
finally add spinach and leave for another five minutes
