Ingredients
- 250g strong bread flour
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2 sachet dried yeast
- 150ml warm water
- 1tbsp cinnamon
- 1 handfull of raisons
- 1tbsp melted butter
- A little brown sugar
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 200C
- STEP 2mix the flour,yeast,salt and water and mix with a fork then hands
- STEP 3put the dough on the table and knead for 5-10 minutes then leave in a warm place for 20 minutes
- STEP 4roll out and gradually knead in the cinnamon and raisons
- STEP 5shape into a loaf and brush on a little melted butter sprinkle on brown sugar
- STEP 6cook for 20-30 minutes
