Ingredients

  • 250g strong bread flour
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 sachet dried yeast
  • 150ml warm water
  • 1tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 handfull of raisons
  • 1tbsp melted butter
  • A little brown sugar

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 200C
  • STEP 2
    mix the flour,yeast,salt and water and mix with a fork then hands
  • STEP 3
    put the dough on the table and knead for 5-10 minutes then leave in a warm place for 20 minutes
  • STEP 4
    roll out and gradually knead in the cinnamon and raisons
  • STEP 5
    shape into a loaf and brush on a little melted butter sprinkle on brown sugar
  • STEP 6
    cook for 20-30 minutes
