steak and proscuitto skewers

- 3 lemons
- 24 fresh bay leaves
- 12 slices prosciutto halved crossways
- 6 thick slices coarse textured bread
- 4 thick fillet steaks (it works with other fairly tender steaks too)
- olive oil
- handful sage & thyme finely chopped
Method
step 1
Heat oven to 220/fan 200step 2
Thread ingredients onto 12 skewersstep 3
Put on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbsstep 4
Roast for 5 minutes then turn and roast for a furthur 3 minutes until the bread is crisp and steak cooked
