BBC Good Food podcast team with Tom Kerridge

BBC Good Food has launched an exciting collaboration with chef Tom Kerridge. Over 10 weekly episodes, a lively new podcast hosted by Orlando Murrin and Rosie Birkett will delve into Tom's favourite ingredients and recipes, sharing his unique experiences and inspiring listeners to cook something new at home.

Each episode will include personal stories of how he first discovered a particular ingredient, plus cooking tips, troubleshooting advice for the kitchen and easy techniques that anyone can master. Tom will share his best recipes each week, all of them available from bbcgoodfood.com and which are simple enough for anyone to cook on the night. Whether you're a beginner or a budding chef, you'll be able to learn new skills and gain an exclusive insight into Tom's passion for food. He'll be talking to Orlando and Rosie about roasts, potatoes, using up a glut of fruit and veg, brownies, British cheese, steak, pies, old-fashioned puddings, and there will be Halloween and Christmas specials.
