Rosie Birkett

BBC Good Food contributing editor Rosie Birkett is a food writer and stylist based in London and Deal, Kent. Her recipes are inspired by a love of British seasonality and informed by her travels and international flavours, and she has a particular passion for cooking vegetables she’s grown on her allotment, as well as fish from the Kent coast. Her cookbook, The Joyful Home Cook is out now and she’s a regular on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen.
