The mixture was way too wet for my liking but I'll persevere as the end taste was lovely. Will also lose the ciabatta as I'm on weight watchers and they are way to high in points.

I added reggae reggae sauce to same recipe rather than sweet chilli sauce which made a tasty alternative

I had slightly more than 400g mince, and the mixture was fine. The sweet chilli was very subtle so next time i will add more. I had enough to make 5 burgers. They were very tasty and light compared to burgers made with beef. Will definately make a batch to freeze.

Very good, I think you can add a bit more sweet chilli sauce as it seems to be very mild among the amount of meat. But a very nice and easy recepie, Thanks

These were nice but a little too sweet and you couldn't taste the chilli that much even though I added more chilli sauce than the recipe states. Great recipe but next time I'd add less chilli sauce and more fresh chilli. Would be lovely on a barbeque as well.

Used a whole small egg and a bit more chilli sauce as suggested and made them into small meatballs and served in pitta bread, yes, quite sweet, but in a good tasty way, ideal for children. Very nice cold too. Would be good as part of a buffet.
