Really good, we all loved the burgers. I didn't make the red cabbage as I make my own relish but 5 stars for the burgers.

Made this and it was very popular with the whole family - Added homemade potato wedges so essentially a very posh sausage and chips in disguise!

This was super tasty and pretty fast to make. As for the 8 sausages, it was a bit much, probably because I had larger sized sausages. Going with 500g of sausage is good for 4 burgers.
