Points to remember:
Peel 3 ripe bananas and chop them into chunks.
Spread them on a baking tray and freeze for at least 1 hr or overnight until solid. Put the frozen banana pieces in a food processor and pulse. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk. You can use a dairy-free milk like almond milk if you prefer. Then process the mixture just until smooth and scoopable – just like ice cream!
Eat it plain for a healthy option, or you can serve it with chocolate sauce. We also like maple syrup and flaked almonds on top.
