- 500 gr lentils
- 1lt water
- 1 glass tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 pieces garlic
- 1 large onion(thin sliced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayene pepper(if you want it spicy)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
step 1
Boil the water.step 2
Add cayene pepper and leave it for a minute.step 3
Add thin sliced onion and garlic.step 4
Add all the other ingredients and stir it every 10 minutes.Let it boil for 30-35 minutes.
