Ingredients
- 20 Fresh Chillies
- 4 Garlic Closes
- 200g of Sugar
- White Wine Vinegar
Method
- STEP 1Chop up the chilli and garlic.
- STEP 2Stir the sugar into 250ml of cold water, and place on a high heat. Bring to the boil, add the chilli, garlic, and a dash of white wine vinegar before allowing to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
