This is a smoothie and I know alot of people will just skim this but please dont! Although not needing not much skill and effort, smoothies are an amazing (and healthy) drink. They are perfect for the kids when they come back from school and amazing for adults trying to avoid all nasties that go along with snacking.
- Half pint apple juice
- 1 pot of babivita pear and apple
- 1 peeled & chopped apple
- 1 large hanful of raspberries
- 1 kiwi
