A great recipe for an Italian weekend with friends!
- 4 1/2 tsps. active dry yeast
- 3 cups of water
- 6 1/2 cups plain OO flour
- 1/4 cup of salt
- STEP 1dissolve the yeast in the water
- STEP 2put the salt and flour in a bowl and slowly add the water mixture.
- STEP 3Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes using a dough hook on the kenwood chef
- STEP 4leave in a warm place for 2hrs to rest, then place in fridge for 2hrs
- STEP 5Place on a lightly floured surface and knock back. You are ready to place on the pizza stone and add your toppings
