Serves 1 - 2 Pizzas

A great recipe for an Italian weekend with friends!

  • 4 1/2 tsps. active dry yeast
  • 3 cups of water
  • 6 1/2 cups plain OO flour
  • 1/4 cup of salt


    1. dissolve the yeast in the water
    2. put the salt and flour in a bowl and slowly add the water mixture.
    3. Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes using a dough hook on the kenwood chef
    4. leave in a warm place for 2hrs to rest, then place in fridge for 2hrs
    5. Place on a lightly floured surface and knock back. You are ready to place on the pizza stone and add your toppings
