Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 tsps. active dry yeast
  • 3 cups of water
  • 6 1/2 cups plain OO flour
  • 1/4 cup of salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    dissolve the yeast in the water
  • STEP 2
    put the salt and flour in a bowl and slowly add the water mixture.
  • STEP 3
    Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes using a dough hook on the kenwood chef
  • STEP 4
    leave in a warm place for 2hrs to rest, then place in fridge for 2hrs
  • STEP 5
    Place on a lightly floured surface and knock back. You are ready to place on the pizza stone and add your toppings
