- 1 Red Cabbage
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Sultanas 4 tbsp
Method

Prepare the red cabbage by cutting it in half, removing the core and shredding it with a large knife. Then place the cabbage in a large pan containing around 1/2 inch of boiling water. Allow to simmer and stir every 5-10 minutes. After around 35-40 minutes cabbage should be tender, with a slight bite.step 2
Drain the red cabbage and mix in sultanas. Add balsamic vinegar to taste and stir in.
