Quick and very tasty. Changed the ingredients a little to fit with what was in the store cupboard - used char siu sauce, carrots, half the watercress. Served with brown rice. Will make this again - with the right sauce!

Lovely! definitely worth making the sauce properly as it was really nice and it was more filling then we expected. We used chicken thigh fillets which are a bit cheaper and still worked well. We will certainly be making it again.

Will definitely be trying this :) question on serving size - anyone made it for 2? It seems that 2 chicken breasts wouldn't be enough for 4?
