Where can I check my subscription details?

If you are using a different email address from the one you used to take out a subscription, you can manually add your subscriptions to your account using your subscription number and last name.
From within your account you can:
- Change your delivery address
- Check your subscription renewal details
- Check how many issues you have left
- Renew your subscription
Where can I find my subscription number?
Your subscription number is ten digits long and begins with a ‘4’. It will be printed above your UK address on the paper wrap of your copies. It is also in the welcome email that you will receive from goodfood@buysubscriptions.com following the purchase of your subscription. If you do not provide an email address when purchasing a subscription, a welcome letter with the same information will be posted to you.
Where possible, please quote your subscription number when contacting us as it will help us to locate your account and assist you.
I haven’t received my latest copy of Good Food Magazine yet – what do I do?
Subscription copies of Good Food magazine are posted out with enough time to be with our UK subscribers before they are in shops. You can find the dates copies are published by logging into your BuySubscriptions account, selecting your subscription and selecting ‘View Issue Calendar’.
Please be assured that during this difficult time, the magazines are being printed and processed on time so they reach you before they are available in shops. However, we are aware of problems faced by Royal Mail and strains on postage services which are causing delays to some copies arriving with our subscribers. You can find Royal Mail service updates on their website.
In the event of significant disruption, we will communicate with you via email and messages on buysubscriptions.com. If we are unable to deliver your magazine to you, we will extend your subscription free of charge, so you don't lose out. Also, we will send you a complimentary digital edition. We are not expecting any overall significant disruption in service but wanted to let you know how we will communicate should we need to. If needed, so we can keep you up to date on any changes that may affect you, please make sure your email address is up to date online.

I haven’t received a response after contacting customer services – what do I do?
Please be aware that due to the volume of customer service queries it may take up to 48 working hours for one of our team to reply to your query via email. Our team is making every effort to reply to all queries.
If you used our online form to contact customer services or have been emailing us, please check your spam folder in case any replies have been sent here. Hotmail email accounts in particular may have classified an email from our team as spam.
I am due to receive an ‘Added Extra’ with my subscription and it hasn’t arrived
Our Added Extras are only available to subscribers taking out a new subscription with a UK delivery address via Direct Debit. Postage for your Added Extra is included within your subscription price.
Please be aware that if you purchased your subscription via credit or debit card you will not receive an Added Extra. If you wish to change your subscription payment type, please contact our customer services to discuss this.
Added Extras are sent to the address of the person paying for the subscription and posted separately from the magazine. They will arrive within 28 working days of your payment being processed. In the unlikely event that it will take longer than this, due to stock delays, we will make you aware via letter or email.
Our Added Extras at present are being processed and despatched in good time with no delays to our normal service, however they may be subject to postage delays if you are experiencing these in your area.
