Stir-Fry Sauce (Hot)

Hot stir-fry sauce to go well with any stir-fry. oyster sauce adds a unique flavor, the sauce will work without the oysters sauce if you aren't a fan.


  • 3 TBSP sweet chilli
  • 2 TBSP oyster
  • 1 TSP chilli flakes
  • 4 TBSP Soy
  • 1 TBSP white wine viniger
  • 1 or 2 freshly chopped chillies (to taste)
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove, Puree Garlic


  • STEP 1
    mix together well, and add to any stir-fry as normal.
