- 3 TBSP sweet chilli
- 2 TBSP oyster
- 1 TSP chilli flakes
- 4 TBSP Soy
- 1 TBSP white wine viniger
- 1 or 2 freshly chopped chillies (to taste)
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 clove, Puree Garlic
Method
- STEP 1mix together well, and add to any stir-fry as normal.
