Very simple, very tasty and just 5 ingredients
- 100g chorizo, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 225g dried linguine
- STEP 1Cook the linguine in boiling water for about 10-12 minutes, according to packet instructions.
- STEP 2Heat a pan and fry the chorizo for about 2 mins until oils are released. Add onion and fry for 3 mins, then add peppers. Fry for a further 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Add seasoning as required.
- STEP 3Drain the pasta and mix well with the chorizo and veg mixture. Transfer pasta onto plates and top with any chorizo and veg left in the pan. Optional - sprinkle with grated parmesan and / or chilli flakes.
