Method
step 1
Finely chop onions and green chillies in a food processor. Cut red tomatoes & capsicum into bite size pieces

Heat vegetable oil and butter in a pan. Add the garlic and saute till brown.Then add onion and chilli mix.Saute till leafy

Add whole cumin, black cardamom, tomatoes and chilli powder. Cover and cook on low heat until tomatoes are soft

Add turmeric powder and salt. Now cover and cook on low heat until you see clear oil at the margins

Lightly fry chicken in a separate pan and add this to the above mixture

Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add capsicum and fresh tomatoes and green chillies. Add lemon juice and mix. Stir well and sprinkle Garam Masala powder.
