Ingredients
cupcake mix
- 100g self raising flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g softened butter
- 2 eggs
- dash of vanilla extract
buttercream icing
- 100g self raising flour

- 200g icing sugar
- 100g butter
- dash of vanilla extract
- any coulouring
- sprinkles
- optional piping bag and nozzle
Method
- STEP 1weigh out all ingrediants and wash your hands
- STEP 2then preheat the oven to 160 degrees celcius
- STEP 3mix together all of your ingrediants untill full with air bubbles
- STEP 4pour evenly into 12 cupcake cases in a bun tin
- STEP 5cook for 20 minuites. chech they are cooked by putting a fork in thr cake if its clea its done
- STEP 6leave to cool for 30 minuites
- STEP 7mix together your icing sugar and butter untill smooth
- STEP 8add your vanilla extract and colouring
- STEP 9decorate using a piping bag or with a spatula
- STEP 10decorate with sprinkes ect
