Ingredients
- Butter 200g
- Icing sugar 300g
- Any colours or flavouring that are wanted
Method
- STEP 1Soften butter with an electrical whisk
- STEP 2Add sieved icing sugar in small quantities and mix in roughly with a spoon to prevent dust and repeat
- STEP 3Use the electrical whisk to mix thoroughly and then add flavourings and colours if desired
