- Chicken drumsticks
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin chickpeas
- handful of apricots
- chopped carrots
- chicken stock
Method
step 1
Fry chicken drumsticks in oil til lightly goldenstep 2
Add the spices (cinnamon, cumin, ground coriander)step 3
Add the tins of chopped tomatoes, some water, chickpeas, apricots and carrot chunks. Then add chicken stock.step 4
Place in the oven for 1 hourstep 5
Serve with cous cous
