Ingredients

  • Mushrooms.
  • Garlic
  • Single Cream
  • Salt n Pepper to taste

Method

  • STEP 1
    Chop mushrooms. How many and how big is up to you. Chop or crush Garlic. As much or as little to suit you
  • STEP 2
    Fry Garlic, do not burn or brown to much, once soft mash cooked garlic. ( nothing worse than biting on a lump of garlic )
  • STEP 3
    Add mushrooms, fry until cooked. When cooked add single cream stir until it is as thick as you like it. Only add Salt n pepper to taste (not before as salt will draw the moisture from mushrooms)
