- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 2 coconuts
- 100g dark chocolate
- STEP 1Chop coconuts in half and scoop/carve as much flesh out as you can. Put the flesh in a whizzer until it is flakes. Melt the coconut oil and mix in coconut flesh.
- STEP 2Line a 9x13 tray with tin foil and press coconut mixture into the pan. Let it set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- STEP 3Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water and spread over frozen coconut. Place in freezer for another 10 minutes. Cut into slices to serve.
