  • 4 oz caster sugar

  • 4oz marg
  • 4 oz caster sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4oz SR flour
  • 1oz Cocoa
  • 2oz butter
  • 3 Tbls water
  • 8oz icing sugar
  • 2oz cocoa

    Method

    • step 1

      Cream sugar & marg
    • step 2

      Gradually beat in eggs
    • step 3

      Fold in flour and cocoa and put teaspoonful of mix in each case
    • step 4

      Icing - melt butter & water together in pan, remove from heat
    • step 5

      Beat in cocoa and icing sugar.
    • step 6

      Keep icing runny and pour on each cake
