Ingredients
- 4oz marg
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4oz SR flour
- 1oz Cocoa
Icing
- 4oz marg
- 4 oz caster sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4oz SR flour
- 1oz Cocoa
- 2oz butter
- 3 Tbls water
- 8oz icing sugar
- 2oz cocoa
Method
- STEP 1Cream sugar & marg
- STEP 2Gradually beat in eggs
- STEP 3Fold in flour and cocoa and put teaspoonful of mix in each case
- STEP 4Icing - melt butter & water together in pan, remove from heat
- STEP 5Beat in cocoa and icing sugar.
- STEP 6Keep icing runny and pour on each cake
