cake mix

  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz caster suger
  • 6 oz self rising flour
  • 8 oz margarine
  • 3 genaroes drops of vinilla

  • butter cream
  • jam

    Method

    • step 1

      turn the oven on 175 degrees mix sugar and marge together
    • step 2

      add the flour, vinilla and eggs then mix.
    • step 3

      grease 2 cake tins and pour the mixture into the tins evenly and put in the oven for 20-25 mins.
    • step 4

      when the cake is cooked you put it on the cooling rack and leave for 30 mins to cool.
    • step 5

      pick your top and with the other one put the butter cream then jam on top, now put the other one on top.
    • step 6

      now with a shiv, shiv the icing sugar on top, put it on a plate and done!!!
