- 4 eggs
- 8 oz caster suger
- 6 oz self rising flour
- 8 oz margarine
- 3 genaroes drops of vinilla

Method
step 1
turn the oven on 175 degrees mix sugar and marge togetherstep 2
add the flour, vinilla and eggs then mix.step 3
grease 2 cake tins and pour the mixture into the tins evenly and put in the oven for 20-25 mins.step 4
when the cake is cooked you put it on the cooling rack and leave for 30 mins to cool.step 5
pick your top and with the other one put the butter cream then jam on top, now put the other one on top.step 6
now with a shiv, shiv the icing sugar on top, put it on a plate and done!!!
