  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 250ml milk
  • 2-3 tbsp soya yoghurt

    • step 1

      chop banana and put in bowl
    • step 2

      add milk,tahini and soya yoghurt and blend
    • step 3

      For a twist , try adding cinnamon or oats
    • step 4

      Pour into glass. serve cold
