Banana and tahini smoothie

Banana smoothie with tahini

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 250ml milk
  • 2-3 tbsp soya yoghurt

Method

  • STEP 1
    chop banana and put in bowl
  • STEP 2
    add milk,tahini and soya yoghurt and blend
  • STEP 3
    For a twist , try adding cinnamon or oats
  • STEP 4
    Pour into glass. serve cold
