- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 250ml milk
- 2-3 tbsp soya yoghurt
Method
- STEP 1chop banana and put in bowl
- STEP 2add milk,tahini and soya yoghurt and blend
- STEP 3For a twist , try adding cinnamon or oats
- STEP 4Pour into glass. serve cold
