- 1 tbsp tahini
- 250ml milk
- 2-3 tbsp soya yoghurt
Method
step 1
chop banana and put in bowlstep 2
add milk,tahini and soya yoghurt and blendstep 3
For a twist , try adding cinnamon or oatsstep 4
Pour into glass. serve cold
