  1. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180/gas 6. Boil potatoes for 7 mins, then drain well. Tip into a large bowl with the onion, mustard and olive oil. Toss well to coat and transfer to a roasting tin. Roast for 30-35 mins until the mustard forms a golden crust. Toss gently in the tin and serve with the chicken.

They never turned out crispy (I think they had to be in the oven for much longer for that to happen), but the mustard was a nice twist. It was not empowering at all - which is fine because I don't love mustard!

This was fantastic. Absolutely delicious, I to thought the mustard would br overpowering but you cannot taste it.EXCELLENT

As per other comments, really easy to make and delicious! Especially with the Tarragon Chicken recipe.

these were good but if i was serving them with a dish which had its own sauce (like the tarragon chicken) then i would reduce the amount of mustard as it was a little over powering. but if i serve them with sausages, which works really well, then the amount of mustard in the recipe works fine.

These potatoes are amazing! Really easy to make and really tasty. I dont usually like mustard but its quite subtle. Will be making again.
