This chocolate and pretzel bark would make a great homemade gift for friends or family this Easter
Nutrition: per serving
Line a baking tray (ours was 37 x 25cm) with baking parchment – it's easier to lift the bark out if you leave some parchment overhanging the rim. Melt the dark and milk chocolate in separate heatproof bowls, either in a microwave in 20-second bursts, or over a pan of simmering water ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Pour the dark chocolate over the lined tray, and tilt the tray back and forth until the base is covered. Drizzle over the milk chocolate and, using a skewer or cocktail stick, gently swirl it into the dark chocolate to create a marbled effect. Decorate with the pretzels, M&M’S® Bunnies, and the rest of the chocolate ingredients. Chill for 25-30 mins until set. Leave to stand at room temperature for a few minutes before you want to serve, then lift out of the tray and break into pieces.
