Method

  • step 1

    Heat oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Tip the still-frozen fruit into a shallow baking dish and scatter torn pieces of the dough all over the top. Bake for 20 mins till crisp and golden and serve with cream, ice cream or custard.

RECIPE TIPS
EXTRA FRUITY

Slice up a couple of pears or a cooking apple (with a sprinkling of sugar) and stir into the fruit.

I've had a freezer malfunction so have bags of mixed berries and croissant dough to use up. Going to see how it works with the croissant dough! Looks lovely and easy so no reason why it shouldn't be delicious.
